Most ridiculous car wash and management ever!!! My truck got scratched up so bad and faded. They won’t take responsibility please do yourself a favor and do not use this car wash!!!

The car wash its self was ok. The lady at the entrance was very nice and sweet! Then I went Into the car wash and the guy started it before I could even put the car into neutral. And it’s take a minute in my Tesla. So I had to struggle to do. All the while the belt kept pushing into the car. Like the dude started it as soon as I pulled in not even a second to wait. The car wash it sled was ok. But the vacuums are absolutely garbage. They don’t suck anything up!!! So frustrating as the main reason I went here was for the vacuums. Anyway if you need a vacuum don’t come here!

Worst rip off car wash I've ever been in in my life. Then the free vacuum barely works. I breathe harder than the vacuum. Literally one tiny brush that automatically wipes your car and it is done. Absolutely 100% rip off terrible terrible job 2 seconds and they think your car is cleaned

The extended mirror being pulled off the truck is the chance I took and could have happened anywhere. But the overall wash of the truck was pretty bad. I failed to take a photo of the tailgate that looked like it had never been touched. Hard to see the dirt in the photos, but it's there. They have shade at the vacuums but there's no air hose to get the crevices. They're not good not bad.

Terrible equipment, does not wash everything off. When asked to go car wash again because the wash wasn't sufficient to get DIRT off, the gentleman said I either need to buy another wash or have the monthly membership. This is a very unethical practice, I will not be returning. I recommend everyone to stay away, unless you like wasting 17 bucks at a time.
